The Product Manager is ultimately responsible for all aspects of a product, overseeing design, development, email marketing and data analytics. This includes planning, initiating, and managing all projects relating to each product. The Product Manager is responsible for managing the work of design and development staff, while collaborating with business development, email operations and data teams to create superior, efficient products. The Product Manager must monitor industry trends and identify the need for new products, features and tools to be implemented in order to grow the company. The Product Manager aligns their work to meet user engagement and revenue goals. ResponsibilitiesDevelop, plan and organize the roadmap for creating new productsOversee design, features, and revenue goals for existing productsDevelop and maintain product vision and strategy Identify opportunities to create new products and product features that increase user engagement and maximize revenue potentialMaintain productive cross-team communication and work closely and efficiently with development, design, business development, email operations and data teamsCreate quality mock-ups for efficient design and development implementationsCollaborate with development team to prepare, plan and prioritize tasks to achieve effective workflowsIdentify any inefficient or undesirable product behaviors and operational issues and implement the best solutionAnalyze product performance and identify areas for improvement in user engagement and revenue productionGather and analyze data in order to make effective data-driven decisionsCreate A/B tests in order to gather more data in order to make effective decisionsStay up-to-date on industry trends; research and test new tools or practices to implement in order to achieve higher product performance company-widePerform quality assurance on all products, features, email campaigns, and user experiences on a regular basisAssist in writing and editing content for products network-wideQualificationsAbility to communicate effectively across multiple departmentsSelf-driven, results orientedAbility to adapt and meet deadlinesEager to take on new responsibilitiesAbility to learn new programs and processes quicklyPersonable, team playerProfessional demeanor and appearanceCurious nature and innovative spiritCritical thinkerOverwhelming desire to succeedExperienceBachelor’s degree4 years work experienceProven ability to influence cross-functional teams without hierarchical authorityDemonstrated ability to launch and manage successful productsIn-depth knowledge of job search industryStrong understanding of data analyticsDeep understanding of partner relationshipsProficiency in using multiple product management and web toolsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
